There is more to PyCon HK than the talks! Discover projects, meet people, explore career opportunities, share your experiences, and collect booth stamps along the way.

Whether you are a first-time attendee or a familiar face in the community, here is how to make the most of Conference Day on November 14, 2026.

1. Attend the Talks

VTC Auditorium and LW001–003 · G/F

Explore three tracks of talks covering Python, AI, data, software engineering, community, and more. Don’t miss the Opening Group Photo at 10:30 — join us and be part of the PyCon HK 2026 memories!

Check the programme schedule to plan your day.

2. Discover Projects at the Poster Session

LW661 · 6/F

The Poster Session is an interactive, face-to-face exhibition where creators present research, open-source tools, and Python side projects on large poster boards.

Unlike a scheduled talk, you can walk around freely, choose the projects that interest you, and chat directly with their creators at your own pace. Depending on the project, you may also get to explore a live demo or dive into a technical discussion.

3. Explore the Booths and Complete the Booth Stamp Journey

Booths: Open Area · G/F and LW662 · 6/F

Gift Redemption: LW658 · 6/F

Meet the sponsors and community groups, explore Python-related projects, tools, and demos, and collect stamps along the way.

How the Booth Stamp Journey Works

  1. Visit the booths. Take a look around, discover projects and tools, and explore the work being shared.
  2. Start a conversation. Speak with the facilitators at sponsor and community booths. Ask about their work, try a demo where available, or find out how to get involved.
  3. Collect stamps on your badge card. Ask the booth facilitator to stamp or mark your badge card as a record of your visit.
  4. Collect six stamps. Once you have collected six stamps, you qualify for gift redemption.
  5. Redeem your gift. Bring your stamped badge card to the Gift Redemption Counter in LW 658 on 6/F.

Each person may redeem one gift only. Gifts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
